Invisalign is an effective teeth straightening treatment. If you are unhappy with the appearance of your teeth, then our team of cosmetic dentists may be able to provide the ideal solution for you.
During your first session, an impression will be made of your teeth. From this, custom-made aligners will be created, which will fit comfortably over your teeth. The aligners will be changed every two weeks or so, and gradually your teeth will begin to move towards the desired position. You will be required to visit our practice periodically in order to check that you are happy with the treatment and to allow our specialists to monitor your progress.
Everybody is unique, and Invisalign will work quicker for some patients than others. As your treatment progresses, our dentists will be able to give you an approximate timescale as to how quickly you will be able to reach your desired result.
Due to the fact that your aligners are custom made to suit your teeth, you should find they cause minimal irritation. The aligners are not manufactured from metal, meaning they will not cause problems for patients who have a metal allergy.
